Anani Klutse is the Founder and Principal Broker of Melkios. He partners with corporates and financial institutions to structure collateral and risk transfer solutions that enhance liquidity, strengthen credit outcomes, and support execution on complex obligations.
Anani holds a Master of Applied Science in Mathematics and Statistics from the University of Paris XII, and an MBA from IONIS Management School of Paris with double majors in Financial Engineering and Technology. He began his career in investment banking in Europe and later led corporate lending and structured trade finance initiatives in North America through Export Development Canada (EDC) and ATB Financial, supporting lenders and corporates on complex transactions, with a focus on credit and collateral structuring.
His experience spans export credit agency (ECA) programs, corporate finance, international trade instruments, cross-border M&A, offshore transactions, and specialty risk transfer including surety and surety reinsurance. He helps lenders and corporates convert complex risk into credit-ready structures that reduce exposure, unlock capital, and improve execution of global transactions.
