Anani Klutse is the founder and principal broker of Melkios, a specialty brokerage and advisory firm at the intersection of insurance and capital markets. He brings a proven track record in structured credit, risk management, and global trade finance, advising corporations and financial institutions on how to convert risk into liquidity and growth.
Holding a Master of Applied Science in Mathematics and Statistics and a double-major MBA in Financial Engineering and Technologies, Anani began his career in investment banking in Europe before leading initiatives in corporate lending and structured trade finance in North America.
His expertise spans export credit agency (ECA) programs, corporate finance, international trade instruments, cross-border M&A, offshore transactions, and structured risk transfer, enabling lenders and corporates to mitigate exposure, unlock capital, and execute complex international deals with precision and confidence.
